Technical and Personal Evaluation
In order to better understand the match between aspirant members and the club, a round of technical evaluation and personal interview is conducted.

Training
Shortlisted students are provided a free of cost training from basics to advanced, which gives them the ability to perform on both technical and team level.
The training follows a series of lectures, practicals and projects.
